Cancellation & Fraud Policy:

We pay commission on the reservation of the net tour price (excluding taxes and fees) with no refunds. That means if a cancellation occurs and no refund is issued, we’ll pay your commission, as this is a service we have charged for.

However, if a client cancels the tour in case we do issue a refund, the commission will be deducted from your next payout.

• We offer a 1% commission retention on refunded bookings if the tour cancellation rate for all bookings is below 10% during the payout month. 
• If the cancellation rate is 10% or higher, the entire commission will be reversed, and no retention will be granted.

Bookings flagged as suspicious or fraudulent are not eligible for commission and may result in commission reversals, withheld payments, or immediate termination of the affiliate account.
