1. What should I wear?
   • We suggest you wear casual clothes and sneakers for your comfort and convenience during the trip.
2. How long is the trip from the hotel to the river for the Ben Tre tour?
   • It’s approximately 2.5 hours.
3. Why can’t we do the Floating Market in one day only?
   • We prioritize the comfort and experience of our guests, which is why we do not offer a one-day tour to the Floating Market. The distance from Ho Chi Minh City to the market requires a 3-hour drive, resulting in limited time for activities. Additionally, the best time to visit the floating market is in the morning, and the starting point for the tour may be in Can Tho province, not Ho Chi Minh City. Please refer to the tour itinerary for more details.
4. Will the tour be canceled if the weather is rainy?
   • Please don’t worry. We are experienced in dealing with rainy weather and will provide raincoats for the tour. While the rain may affect some experiences, we will ensure that all tour activities are still carried out.
5. Will it be raining on that date?
   • The weather in the Mekong Delta can be unpredictable, so we cannot guarantee whether it will rain or not. However, we will provide raincoats for the tour in case of rain. Please note that rain in the Mekong Delta is often brief and does not last long. We have experience in adapting activities to ensure a positive guest experience.
6. I can’t do cycling, are there any other options?
   • Yes, we have alternative options available. Please let us know, and we will arrange a tuk-tuk for you.
7. Can I cycle with my child carried behind?
   • Yes, you can. However, please note that this is only suitable for children under 5 years old.
8. How is this tour different from other tours to make it “non-touristy”?
   • This tour in Ben Tre offers a unique experience compared to other common tours. It takes you to places that are not commonly visited, providing a more authentic and localized experience. The itinerary is carefully designed to showcase the authenticity of Mekong Delta life, and the long boat rides and stops are focused on local areas.
9. One concern is that June is the rainy season, so I’m wondering if this tour will be held normally in June. Will the Mekong River tour be difficult if it rains a lot in Vietnam?
   • We understand your concern. June and July are indeed the rainy season in Vietnam. However, please rest assured that we are experienced in dealing with rainy conditions. The tour will proceed as planned, and we will arrange the activities accordingly. We will provide raincoats for you, and it’s important to note that rain in the Mekong Delta is typically short-lived, lasting only a few minutes.
10. Can we do the private rowing boat activity on the group tour of the Mekong? We want to have more private pictures.
    • Unfortunately, this is a group tour, and we have multiple guests sharing the same boat. However, if you prefer a private experience, you can pay a small additional fee for a private rowing boat activity. Please contact us for the exact rate and further assistance.
11. I’m vegetarian. Do you have vegetarian food?
    • Yes, we do provide vegetarian options. When booking the tour, please inform us of your food preferences or any allergies so that we can prepare a vegetarian/vegan lunch that suits your needs.
12. I am already in the Mekong Delta province and not in HCMC. Can I join your group tour activities?
    • Yes, you can join our group tour activities. Please contact us and provide more information about your current location. We will provide details on any necessary changes to the price, as well as pickup or drop-off arrangements.
13. Can I join the tour but not return to HCMC as I plan to stay in the Mekong Delta?
    • Yes, you can. Please bring your luggage with you, as it will be safe in our van throughout the tour.
