Transportation:
- The type of vehicle used will depend on the number of guests in the tour group:
- 7-seater car (for groups of 3 or less)
- 16-seater car (for groups of 4-12)
- 29-seater car (for groups of 13-26)
Pick-up and Drop-off:
- For group tours with a maximum of 10 guests and private tours as requested by the guest, Joy Journeys will pick up guests in districts 1 and 4. Guests in other areas will need to go to Hoa Binh Primary School (1 Cong Xa Paris, Ben Nghe, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City) and Joy Journeys will pick up guests there.
- Joy Journeys will arrange a pick-up time for each guest and will notify the guest the night before the tour. Any changes to the pick-up time will be communicated and confirmed the night before the tour so that guests can be well prepared. Joy Journeys guarantees that the pick-up time will not exceed 10 minutes. In case of unforeseen circumstances such as traffic jams due to accidents on the way to the pick-up point, the customer service department will always update and inform the guest about the delay so that the guest is aware and understanding, and does not feel uncomfortable.
- The maximum waiting time for late guests is 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, Joy Journeys will move to the next pick-up point as other guests are waiting. A late departure will inconvenience the group and make it uncomfortable for the on-time guests. Late guests will have to take a taxi to the stopover point and then join the tour with the group. If a guest is more than 15 minutes late than the confirmed time and does not follow the above instructions, the guest will not be refunded for any reason.
